Introduction to racing

What is a club night?

They are either quarterly or half-yearly swim events run by the LVW Aquatics Swim Club. They are designed to be family friendly, fun and introduce our swimmers to racing.

We encourage your children to participate from Tumbler 3 level upwards, as racing will boost their confidence and give their swim lessons purpose, apart from acquiring a skill.

How do I register for a club night?

When a club night is announced, you’ll receive an email, and you’re likely to come across numerous flyers by the poolside promoting the event. To participate, you’ll need to visit  the Swimming NZ (SNZ) Fastlane website and enter through that online portal.

Registration Fastlane website is free for Learn to Swim level.

For first-time registrations, please allow ample time, as new accounts must be activated by the club’s recorder before entering meets can occur.

We have created an online help guide to help you with registrations.
