Classes run for 30 minutes with programmes catering from two months of age right through to those who are fully competent in all four swimming strokes. After the Liz Van Welie Aquatics Learn to Swim programme swimmers have two options. They can choose from a competitive or the fitness pathway.
Swimmers choosing the competitive pathway will join the Drysdale Squad.
Those who choose the fitness pathway will join the Fitness Squad.
